This reversible window tilt latch can be installed on either the left or right side of a window. I designed it for my father, who needs to replace one every other month due to his three properties that require frequent maintenance. Locally, these latches sell for around $5.00 each, but they often don't fit properly or are out of stock. If these tilt latches fail and aren't replaced promptly, the window can break; we've learned this from experience. With this file, you can fix any window in under an hour.
