Print base, leave intact on build plate. Cut screen into a 5.5" circle, attach to base with a few dabs of super glue to secure it temporarily. Print top piece in the same orientation as before, using a 3.5mm z offset from home machine placed at center of first part. I achieved excellent results printing the first layer of the top part at 125% extrusion and +10°C. Fiberglass window screen, measuring approximately .4mm thick, was used successfully.
