Window screen holders
thingiverse
Little clear plastic clips to hold window screens firmly in place are often overlooked during home maintenance, and many of these tiny holders end up broken. I couldn't find what these little devices are actually called in stores, so I decided to design my own using Fusion 360 based on the few intact screen holders I had left. To print them, supports were necessary. One side needs to be raised off the print bed. A resolution of 0.2 mm was chosen for speed, and about 20 of these clips were printed. I used transparent PLA so they would look nice, but PETG might be a better choice for outdoor use due to its durability. However, I didn't have any transparent PETG on hand. The STL and Fusion 360 files are included. The design is based on the "left" screen holder, which was created in Fusion 360. The "right" screen holder in the STL is simply a mirrored version of the "left".
