Window screen holder clip

Thanks to @nickleyw for a nice clip design. I only had to slightly modify it for my use. I had to make the round part bigger so it sat flush with the clip so my screens were held in tight and wouldn't rattle with wind, and made the screw hole a tad bigger for the screws I was using.
