My window has a channel balance that presses against a sash guide fastened to the sash. My sash guide broke. The one I have is known as a "stepped sash guide, Alpine" It takes two of these on opposite sides of the sash. One of mine broke, but I printed two and replaced them both. Time will tell if the 3D part is strong enough to hold up the sash. So far, so good.
