Window Regulator Bushing for E32/E34/E36

Hey! This functional fix was done for a personal project and might be useful to those with BMWs from the same era. The issue arises when the plastic slider bushing on the rear window regulators gives way and splits into two pieces, often ending up at the bottom of the door. When this happens, the glass tends to move sideways when opening or closing, which can damage the rubbers by causing them to fold inward. The part itself isn't available as a replacement due to being riveted to the regulator, so I designed a new part that can be installed without removing the rivet. This design replaces the original one-piece item with a two-piece part. Installation is relatively straightforward and should hold position through friction alone; however, I added a rubber o-ring to the neck of the new piece for extra security. If you're concerned about it coming loose in the future, a small drop of glue can also be used. I'm aware this fix is quite specific, but someone might find it helpful!
