Window Insert Moulding Corner Clamp

This is a corner clamp for making energy efficient window frame inserts. Video (not by me) link below of how to make, this is the clamp he made, but 3D printed. These inserts will save you money and make your home warmer. You'll need to print 4 to make a set for clamping. This is all sized for 10-32 or 10-24 screws and regular nuts. Nuts all slot into the base plate. I cut the 2x4 lumber to 1.5 x 3/8" strips, then cut the 1.5" strips in half again, to approx .75" x .75" strips (minus blade width) to make the corner strips. The video I based this on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXCpN3yny7k Orient the slots for the corner and edge clamps on the print bed. Clamp base on flat side Presser piece with nut side up Cam clamps - flat side down No special setting for printing - I used a very fast print with 20% infill, PLA. The only thing I missed was you have to take the cam clamps off after you glue the frame together (assembly / glue it locks it in place and can't be disassembled). Enjoy.
