The mechanism of my PVC window failed due to corrosion, bringing all operations to a halt. I swapped out the mechanical handle for a manual one, but the locking arm proved inaccessible. In response, I conceived and 3D-printed a custom spacer mount to connect the new manual handle securely in place.
