When I attach a glass bed clip, it automatically adjusts the Z offset by 2.6mm from zero. Since Window Glass is rated at 2.5, you'll need to either sand down the clip or adjust the bed to compensate. For best results, I trim the clip to match the specific type of glass, such as fiberglass, and then pair it with that particular piece of glass. The Tall option adds some extra clearance to the bed level setting.
