I designed a custom flange for my colleague's camper and decided to share it here as well. It can be fitted anywhere you need a window to be installed. Unfortunately, I won't be able to 3D print this design, but I'm happy to laser cut sketches in DXF format or Tig weld parts for you. Here are the details of the flange: The outer ring has the following dimensions: - Outer diameter: 380mm - Inner diameter: 290mm - Bolt holes: 6mm - Thickness: 2mm The inner ring on the flange measures: - Outer diameter: 310mm - Inner diameter: 290mm - Thickness: 20mm
