Window exhaust hose adapter
prusaprinters

I designed this to vent my enclosure out my window in a convenient way.

These plates are 250mm long by 150mm tall, you can easily scale the blank segments to fill the gaps inevitably left by size of your window. There's also a small printer version of the hose plate that is 150mm by 150mm. The plates (not accounting for hose lip) are 6mm thick as that fit quite nicely in my windows.

I attached them together via packing tape which works quite well for sealing, holding, and separating them if you have to remove them.

Personal recommendation is to print them flat (to save on print time), no bottom layers (to save on material), and with a grid or triangle infill of about 10% rotated so that the points in the infill point at the walls. This will make the infill a strong contributor to the strength of the print due to acting as an isogrid (triangle infill) or orthogrid (grid infill). You'll want the added strength for the window pressing against the prints.
