Window Clip
thingiverse
Makerbot came to my rescue when I discovered broken plastic clips holding my apartment windows' screens, some of which were already damaged before I moved in. Duct tape was merely a temporary fix, but it eventually gave way. Printing nine replacement clips simultaneously solved the issue: not only did they mend the fallen screen, but also reinforced the other screens with one or two broken clips. The printed clips are even stronger than the originals and almost indistinguishable. When printing multiple clips, use Multiply to ensure each one cools properly; you may need to adjust w in the scad file for a perfect threaded fit.
