A beautiful showcase for your DIY printer's inner workings is long overdue. It's a shame to conceal its intricate components within a cluttered case or tangled mess of wires. Let's give it the TLC it deserves, and bask in the glory of its beautifully crafted hardware. For my final design, I've carefully considered the following essential elements: * Heat Management (Airflow): ensuring optimal airflow for a smooth printing experience * Cable Management: keeping cables tidy and organized for easy maintenance * Aesthetics: crafting a visually appealing design that showcases your printer's personality * Prinability: making it easy to print and assemble * Maintainability and Upgradability: designing the case with ease of access and upgradeability in mind The case will support: * Ramps 1.4 * Raspberry PI * Mosfets * TMC2130 with heatsinks * Reprap Fan Extender Here's a list of materials needed to bring this design to life: Securing circuit boards: * 16 x M3 nuts * 16 x M3 screws Securing case to frame (optional): * 2 x M3 nuts Securing fan to case (highly recommended): * 4 x M3 nuts * 4 x M3 screws Note: The transparent window parts are designed with transparent polycarbonate sheets in mind, but you can also print plastic covers if you prefer a non-transparent design. I've included the STL files for your convenience. Optional aesthetic feature: I've included M3 nut hiders that are slightly smaller than the actual holes on the back plate of the case. These should fit perfectly with the specified M3 nuts (2.1 mm in thickness). I hope you'll enjoy building and using this case!
