Thank-you Art-Tech for a truly exceptional design! I'm thrilled with my remix...\r\n\r\nI added an extra set of holes, allowing me to seamlessly join multiple frames together. Additionally, I resized the design to accommodate 100x100x3 lithophanes, which are perfect for most of my boxes. The slot is 3.5mm deep, ensuring it can hold even larger borders. With the open top, switching out your lithophanes has never been easier. This is a fantastic design for making in various sizes, so I've included the math below to help you customize it. Simply adjust the dimensions on either axis without affecting the slot size.\r\n\r\nI printed my remix upright without support, which led to some stringing due to the bridge, but I prefer avoiding support material altogether. You can choose whether or not to include it.\r\n\r\nTo join the frames together, I utilized jewelry wire and crystal beads to create a stunning sun catcher effect. Feel free to customize this aspect as you see fit.\r\n\r\nThe top three lithophanes are printed with esun cool white filament, while the bottom one is done in priline white. All of them feature .6mm(min) - 3mm(max) widths with a 3mm border. The cool white requires direct sunlight to shine brightly, whereas the priline only needs the soft glow of the moon on snow to illuminate... the choice is yours!\r\n\r\nHere are some key measurements to note:\r\n\r\nUPDATE: I've discovered that expanding in slicer changes your channels' sizes as well. Therefore, please don't rely solely on the math provided. If anyone has a better solution, feel free to share it.\r\n\r\nTo adjust your lithophane size, follow these simple steps:\r\n\r\nFrom top to bottom: add 4mm\r\nFrom side to side: add 12mm\r\n\r\nFor example, if you start with a 100x100 design, it should measure 104x112 on your X and Y axes. For a 150x150 design, adjust the measurements to 154x162, and so on.\r\n\r\nNow's the perfect time to begin thinking about Mother's Day!
