A simple solution to mend the damaged sheath, which secures the turning handle of a window blind, is provided. The sheath has a small slit that enables it to fit around the metal connector; simply rotate it 90 degrees to either side so as to prevent the connector from falling out during operation (a common problem when the sheath is missing). However, the pictured sheath was only 10mm tall while I made one 15mm tall according to the file, but mine turned out slightly shorter than desired.
