This is a clip to hold blinds at the base of a door. The blinds have a 5mm peg that fits snugly into the end with one hole, and screws attach securely to the door on the opposite end where there are three holes. The original clip was tapered towards the single hole, but this design feature turned out to be unnecessary for functionality. Feel free to customize this thing with Tinkercad.
