The original axle did not work that well, so this is a changed axle (bold and nut) to hold the blades in place.

1. print 2 blades of the original design (90% of the original size)
2. print the base of the original design (90% of the original size)
3. print the bold (100% scale)
4. print 3x the nut (100% scale)

Put the excel through the base and screw one nut on the bold. Add the 2nd nut. Add the blades and fold them and add the other half to the bold. Screw the 3nd nut on the bold to hold the blades.
