Windmill prototype
thingiverse
The print file includes a single base piece or separate components for the front and back if preferred. Other parts needed are a tail part, three windmill blades, a hub, an M4 and M10 bearings, plus various nuts and rings. Assembly involves attaching a DC motor from an old gramophone along with two 500mm M5 threaded rods and related hardware, a 200mm M4 threaded rod, and an M10 threaded rod with accompanying components. An extra plane has been added to the windmill blades for better print quality; this can be removed after printing.
