I did a remix of the awesome SAYW by ssayer (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1586743). The design fits to 8 mm glassfibre rods and the inner holes are made of polygons because 3D printers are more adequate on linear motions. You will need two 608 bearings. The washers are designed to hold the bearing in place. So there will be no rattling or wandering along the rod.
