A sleek wind turbine and anemometer I've been fine-tuning over time.\nOpt for either a propeller wheel design or a scoop wheel design that's perfectly suited for 3D printing on even the smallest scales.\nTo simplify printing and make it more compact, I added the four-part scoop design for quicker prints.\n\n \n\n \nInstructions\nAdditional components needed:\nOne M6x20 bolt with washer and nut to attach wind sensor\nExtra 608 bearings\nSelect between propeller wheel or scoop wheel first.\nIf you pick propeller, skip printing hub and arms sections altogether.\nBut if you go for the scoop wheel, get ready for a 3-arm configuration.\nGet your print done, I did it using an extruder with 0.35mm diameter nozzle and 0.20mm layer thickness on PLA material\nWorking on getting precise rotation by making sure printer parameters align with precision: \ngood prints usually start from smooth axles so printing this one together should solve many a hassle while ensuring less errors during re-printing, don't forget it!\nBe cautious about bearing seals in early design prints for perfect 6-second continuous run; removing bearings grease beforehand might get the work going quickly.\nAlso drill any predrilled holes but be mindful to preserve axle for smooth assembly of threaded nut using tap tool; or use heat method.\nThe mounting part needs reheat by tapping into a tap fitting with wrench then secure to desired post firmly.\nThe finishing touch involves tightening bolts into mounts to get the system to run fluidly; don't hesitate from minor fine tuning afterwards; mounting this to posts ensures stability which leads smooth assembly onto your setup;\nthings work smoothly after first prints; have fun
