My winding machine is designed to be flexible, allowing for easy storage and installation as needed. It can handle spools up to 85mm wide, and the centering parts are optimized for inner diameters between 50 to 54mm. Please accept my apologies if I use technical terms that are unfamiliar - English is not my native language. You will find a detailed assembly drawing in the thing-files section to help identify each component. Here's what you'll need to print: * At least two bearing_block_vXX * One driver_belt_wheel_vXX * One motor_belt_pully_4mm (for geared motors with a 4mm shaft) * One motor02_holder (for the motor listed below) To pull the target filament spool, you'll need: * One driver_counter_lock * One driver_holder * One driver_pulley The design is optimized for an M5 axle. Additional parts required include: * One geared motor (a ZWPD024024-36-H, 12 V-, 135 U/min) * Two ball bearings 262Z * One M6 wing nut * Four M6 nuts * Five M6 washers * One axel, approximately 190mm long, with an M6 rod * One 6mm closed loop timing belt GT2, 400mm I also built a small electronics box to hold the soft-start motor driver electronics. The motor starts when you push the green button and stops immediately when you press the red button. I'll provide more details in a future post.
