I'd like to extend my gratitude to Svenergy for creating the fundamental scale wind turbine design on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/Svenergy). By combining several of their components with a few custom additions, I was able to create a version that's largely faithful to the original concept. To give it some extra precision, I incorporated a set of ball bearings that were readily available.
