Wind turbine modification for larger diameter
thingiverse
To ensure accurate printing of the 130% model, I employed a 0.6mm nozzle and adjusted the outer perimeter of the wings and axes files (Flügel.stl and Achse.stl) by moving them 0.2mm inward through Simplify3D's "Other" tab: Horizontal size compensation to -0.2. For the Zwischenteil, Oberteil, and Unterteil components, adjust the horizontal size compensation to +0.2, or use a M10 threaded rod with reduced drill sizes. Modified parts for M8 with smaller drills can be found here. I also included fixture arms designed specifically for the 130% version and alternator, which are optimized for attachment to a standard 23x23 rectangular aluminum pipe.
