BMW Z4 E85 Wind Deflector Mounts for my DIY Wind Deflector Project. I Designed and Printed these Custom Mounts to Secure my Handmade Perspex/Acrylic Wind Deflector in Place. I'm Sharing the 123d Design Files, So Others Can Adapt and Modify them as Needed. If You Create a Variant, Please Link it as a Remix, so Everyone Can Benefit from Your Innovations. This DIY Solution Uses Standard M8 Nuts and Bolts for Easy Assembly. The Hook Features a Slot to Secure Two M8 Nuts Inside, While Flat-Headed or Countersunk M8 Bolts Attach the Mounts in Place, Just Like the Photos Show. The Screw Plate is Designed to be Mounted on the Inner Perspex/Acrylic Part of the Wind Deflector, Concealing Any Small Cracks that Might Appear from Drilling the Mounting Holes. The Hook's Position Should Be Obvious, as it's Meant to Securely Attach to the Roll Bars When in Place. I Hope This DIY Project Helps Others Create a Customizable and Durable Wind Deflector for their BMW Z4 E85. If You Have Any Questions or Need Further Assistance, Feel Free to Ask!
