This 1-inch wide webbing-compatible spool features a 1/2-inch hex shaft hole, allowing easy spinning, as well as two 1/4-inch holes for bolt attachment. Recessed design of these holes prevents interference with the webbing. An extra clearance around one of the 1/4-inch holes facilitates webbing looping and securing. Additionally, it comes with a guide that ensures proper placement of webbing on the spool to prevent tangling. Mount this guide around the spool using the 1/2-inch hex shaft. For assembling, use two 1/4-20 bolts/rods and attach the 1-inch webbing to a 1/2-inch hex shaft. Enhance visibility by printing the spool and guide in contrasting colors. To ensure durability, print the spool at 100% infill as it experiences significant compression during use.
