Here's a functional 3D Wimshurst machine that prints out perfectly on a RepRap 200x200x100 device. While it mechanically functions flawlessly, the electrical aspect leaves much to be desired, yielding sparks barely measuring half an inch. This design could use further development in terms of electricity before reaching full potential; nonetheless, it serves as an excellent foundation for future tinkering. The attached files provide STLs and Autodesk 123D Design source materials, ready for enthusiasts to dive into experimentation. Note that the large concentric rings serve as drive belts.
