Wilson's Photon Resin Gutter

Wilson's Photon Resin Gutter

As an addition to my other creation, the Photon Gasket, you will find this tiny gutter handy if you don't want any leaked resin to simply drain off the front of your device onto the touch panel. Some kind of vessel placed at the open end will prevent a whole world of mess to clean up should the worst happen, and you may even be able to save the leaked resin and use it again if it is sufficiently covered from UV squiggles. Mine is stuck on with double-sided tape, and will have a thin Kapton tape lining along the top when my printer isn't busy. I hopefully won't be testing this accessory for a while, but I'm fairly sure it will to some extent prevent resin running down into the electrics and over the screen in the event of a catastrophic FEP fail. Print on FDM, the smaller the layer height the better, due to the gradient in the gutter, mine is 0.2mm per layer.
