Original Greg's Wade Reloaded: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18379 I wanted a reliable Greg's Wade to attach to my pegboard. The Greg's Wade online seemed pretty good, but I had some specific modifications in mind. Additions: Oil reservoir under the Greg's Wade with Bowden tubing adapter hole. The hole should accommodate a bowden adapter that is 6mm in diameter. Pegboard attachment (My pegboard holes are 1/4" and 1" apart) Pull-back tab on the Guilder allows easier manipulation of the system. Important Note: Remove support material from the part where you connect the bowden adapter to the body, as it can print fine without it and be difficult to remove. Although I haven't tried printing without support in the oiler, I would advise leaving the support material there. 16MAY2015 After a couple of days' worth of printing, I observed that the oil reservoir was starting to lose its grip on the bowden adapter. To correct this issue, I modified it so instead of directly screwing the bowden adapter into the oiler, you glue an M6 or M5 nut in place and then screw the adapter into the nut. This provides a much more secure solution. Additionally, aside from this modification, I haven't identified any significant issues that need to be addressed. It's essential to note that each time you print, you should dip cotton swabs in vegetable oil and season the hot end for optimal performance.
