Wilson II X-Carriage Ends
thingiverse
Here is the original text rewritten to meet the specified requirements. This modification enables use of Tr8*8 anti-backlash nuts on the Wilson II with X-Axis ends thanks to RobotDigg's inclusion of SCad files that allow modifications, big thanks to MRice. I've included my modified SCad file that was generated. The overlap of mount plate from the anti-backlash nut into area for linear bearings isn't a problem as it clears the Z-axis rod. I printed a set and they fit perfectly. If your printer is properly calibrated, trimming flash off the edge of the hole will not be necessary for them to fit in. Given this reason, these modifications are being removed from the Work In Progress status now.
