Updated 22 January 2018 - New version added (for Wilson IIK build) re-posted here. Belt alignment and lock gaps adjusted. Pictures are from previous version. See the Wilson IIk at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2765853. Update 25 August 2017 - I specifically restrict use for Shiv Integer. You are not allowed to use my design in your art pieces. Thank you. I really like the Hypercube's design for their Extruder, but the holes didn't line up with the carriage from the Wilson II. So I made a new one. I like connectors and hate having wire rerouted when something needs swapping out. So I came up with this design that should make those of us with wire management issues extremely happy. The idea is to take half a 20x80mm prototyping board, mount some connectors to it, and make swapping modules at the hotend easier. There's also a mount for a wire loom to be ziptied to the back. Loop-back connectors make belt runs easy because the belt meshes with itself, zip ties are not needed. I'm just about to start my final build for my second Wilson II that will incorporate this design and other mods as well, so I'll have pictures of it in place shortly.
