Wilson II Cable Management 2020 Frame

This is my complete Wilson II cable management system, designed for use with 2020 frame printers and adaptable to other printers as well. It will work seamlessly on various models from 2020, but keep in mind that it may lose approximately 15mm of Z axis height. My Wilson II setup is actually 50mm wider and 50mm higher than the standard Wilson design. I've utilized a custom dragchain by TuxSoft, created with a handy customizer at Thingiverse, available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:915487. A recent update has fixed the large holes in the X_motor_Nema_17_Wilson_Cable_Chain.stl file. Additional features include extra holes on the X axis for cable ties and other number link files for 8x10 and 8x20 chain links. To assemble the system, I've used two M3 cap head screws to join the X_motor_Nema_17_Wilson_Cable_Chain and Z_X_carriage_cable_chain_bracket together. The X motor is secured with a self-taper screw, while the Y carriage features zip ties for easy installation. The hole size for the zip tie is 2.5mm. For reference, my printer setup consists of: * 21 x 8x20 links for Z * 24 x 8x10 links for X * 22 x 8x10 links for Y Print settings include: * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer: Wilson II * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.2 * Infill: 35% Post-printing, cable chains may require some cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
