Redesigned vchan3m's tensioner with a stronger, more printable design suitable for larger nozzles. A 16-toothed idler is used for enhanced torque, but larger idlers or bearings can be installed as well. An M3 x 20mm screw holds the idler in place, secured by an M3 nut. The tension adjustment uses another M3 x 20mm screw, similar to the original Wilson 2 Y tensioner. When printing with a large nozzle, it may be necessary to heat up the M3 nut for it to slide down the hole. To secure the tensioner to the Y Idler, an M4 x 25mm and M4 nut are required.
