The Wilshire Grand Center will be developed through the demolition of a 1,200,000 square foot hotel that has stood for 60 years. A new 73-story building is being constructed to house a total of 20 floors dedicated to Class A office space with approximately 400,000 square feet and 42 floors offering four-star hospitality accommodations for up to 900 guests. The podium area will encompass around 400,000 square feet and feature ballrooms, meeting rooms, retail spaces, and a below-grade parking facility capable of accommodating 1,250 vehicles. Key features include the 70th floor sky lobby, signature observatory, sky pool deck, and restaurants.
