Wilmot Stone Hole
sketchfab
A stone hole unearthed in Wilmot S.D. originated from a rock used in building construction, dating back to 1899 or earlier. This 3D model showcases a cross-section of the plug, revealing its internal structure and including the stone hole's reverse side. As a result, observers can see the hole from both the inside out, with the wall appearing just one pixel thick. Viewing the hole from the rear reveals that it was chiseled at an angle relative to the rock's surface. Note that the outside, bottom of the hole is not modeled due to limitations in camera angles. Judi Rudebusch is credited for providing access to this stone hole for further study.
