Williams Funhouse and Road Show eyeball crank (Beta)

UPDATE: Version 1.1 - The main pivot sleeve has been enlarged by 0.1mm, and the tail section has been adjusted to fit a part that is missing from my game. The use of support material is critical, as there are a number of parts that are pure cantilever. Using Prusa-Slicer, I had success by activating the "Generate Support material", using an overhang threshold of 0, and 1mm pattern spacing. The default settings generated support material that broke the part when removed. I also recommend printing in PETG or ABS for strength. I am experimenting with using through-hole grommets for the linkage holes. I will update as I determine the correct size grommet. This is a replacement part for Williams Funhouse and Road Show pinball games. It is the eyeball crank that is part of the mechanism that makes the eyeballs on Rudy (Funhouse), Red, and Ted (Road Show) move back and forth. The original part (Williams A-19258 or 03-8428) is both high-wear and hard to obtain. This will be an ongoing project. As of right now the design is an attempt to get as close to the original as possible while making it more amenable to standard printing. Further development will be toward optimizing for performance and durability as a 3d printed part.
