This iconic sword is directly influenced by the legendary William Wallace's Claymore from the movie, not the actual historical sword. The Wallace Sword is an ancient two-handed antique sword believed to have once belonged to the fearless Scottish knight William Wallace (1270-1305), who courageously led a rebellion against English occupation in Scotland during the tumultuous Wars of Scottish Independence. It is claimed that this remarkable sword was wielded by William Wallace himself at the pivotal Battle of Stirling in 1297 and the intense Battle of Falkirk in 1298. The blade of this magnificent sword measures an impressive 4 feet 4 inches (132 cm) in length, and with its hilt included, it stretches a whopping 5 feet 4 inches (163 cm). Its broad blade ranges from 2.25 inches (5.7 cm) at the guard to a slender 0.75 inches (1.9 cm) near the pointed tip. This magnificent sword weighs an impressive 5.95 pounds (2.70 kg).
