I needed a 77mm diameter filter holder for my William Optics Star71 refractor, one which would mount onto the dew shield and allow the filter to be easily removed from the telescope if the requirement was needed. The filter holder which I designed has a clockwise thread with a 0.75 degree pitch, however my Ender 3 printer doesn't have the resolution to print the thread adequately. I got around this by glueing a 75-77mm step up ring over the opening.You may be able to mount the filter holder onto another telescope if the outer diameter of your dew shield is 92mm.
