myminifactory
At the entrance of the Bodleian Library stands a magnificent statue of William Herbert, Earl of Pembroke and Chancellor of the University between 1617-30. Cast by Le Seur to Peter Paul Rubens' design, the statue's authenticity is confirmed by inscriptions at its base. The rear view of the statue faces the entrance tower of the School Quadrangle.
