Wildstyle is a Nerf-style shotgun pistol that uses Silly Shells! Wildstyle is loaded one shell at a time, and it has a manual ejection lever that flings the shells out of the blaster. Firing Demo: Blaster Overview: Editing the video, not up yet, sorry!  Please refer to the file listing for Silly Shells to download them all and get more information. Please check the shell compatibility spreadsheet to see which Silly Shells work in this blaster. READ THE "Print Info" SECTION of this description page before printing the blaster!    SellersA full list of non-US sellers can be found here: https://www.stuffbysilly.com/wheretobuyHardware kits are available from these sellers:OutOfDarts: https://outofdarts.com/products/silly-shell-pistol-hardware-kit SilverFoxIndustries: https://silverfoxindustries.shop/collections/designs-by-sillybutts/products/wildstyle-by-sillybutts-hardware-kit Fully printed blasters are available from these sellers:OutOfDarts: WIPSilverFoxIndustries: WIPPrinted Silly Shells are available from these sellers:OutOfDarts: https://outofdarts.com/products/silly-shells SilverFoxIndustries: WIP  “What are Silly Shells?”:Silly Shells are an ecosystem of 3D printed shotgun shells for homemade Nerf-style blasters! There are many, many different shells to use in each blaster, allowing one blaster to fire a wide variety of ammo types without reconfiguration or modding. For example, you can fire 3 Elite darts out of one shell, eject it, and then load a MegaXL shell to fire a huge dart at your enemies! Then you can follow that up with a “buckshot” round of Rival balls. Then you can load a Sniper shell to hit a person across the field from you.Silly Shells allow you to use multiple different types of foam ammo in one blaster, and they allow you to fire multiple darts with just one shot of the blaster!  Please refer to the file listing for Silly Shells to download them all and get more information. Please check the shell compatibility spreadsheet to see which Silly Shells work in this blaster. READ THE "Print Info" SECTION of this description page before printing the blaster!  Performance:Note: its pretty hard to get accurate FPS readings for 2x, 3x, 4x shells, but I tried my best.SpringShellFPS (avg)k25, 4" longMega XL (mxl)75k25, 4" longElite 2x70k25, 4" longElite 2x (4 half darts)75k25, 4" longElite 3x60k25, 4" longElite 3x (6 half darts)65k25, 4" longMega100k25, 4" longRival (1 ball)70k25, 4" longRival (2 balls)60k25, 4" longRival (3 balls)55k25, 4" longUltra120      788, 4" long   If you want to contribute FPS numbers, please leave a comment with your spring, shell type, what darts you used, and at least 10 shots worth of FPS numbers. I will then average out the numbers and add them to the list, along with your username. If you are contributing numbers with the Sniper Shell with a metal barrel, please also include the barrel length, ID (.527", 13mm, .509", brass, etc), and if you used a SCAR or not.Note: I recommend that you prime the blaster before loading a shell. It won't break anything, it'll just make the prime more difficult. The shells have a really good air seal around their darts, which means the plunger is trying to form a vacuum when you prime it with a shell loaded.  Print InfoFilament usage estimates (PLA filament) (including supports/brims):Orange: 129 gramsGreen: 226 gramsBlack: 175 gramsAll STLs are exported in their correct print orientations. Black100% (full) infill, 7 walls: PlungerRod20% infill, 5 walls: GripR, GripLThe GripR and GripL should be printed with a brim to prevent warping, and they NEED supports.Make sure your slicer supports are properly tuned, with enough wall clearance and top gap between the part and the support. Note: The assembly guide isn't fully complete, but I've posted what is done so far as a stop-gap until I finish the full guide. Notes:Use thread locker on the ends of the trigger pivot screw and the ejector pivot screw to keep them from backing out over time.Make sure ALL the supports are removed from the grip, especially important around the trigger area to prevent rubbing.Remember to remove the supports from the picatinny rail dovetails.Put the rubber plunger padding on the plunger face after assembling the plunger rod and two plunger head parts. The breech face o-ring (which seals against the back of the shell) should be glued on.DO NOT screw together the grip panels UNTIL AFTER THE REST OF THE BLASTER IS ASSEMBLED.Make sure the filament sag or supports around the trigger area is fully cleaned up and smooth before putting anything together. It can cause too much friction and make the trigger stick in place if not cleaned up.MAKE SURE THE TRIGGER IS IN PLACE BEFORE SCREWING TOGETHER THE GRIP PANELS.The two screws that attach the grip to the rest of the blaster are M3x20 screws. Same for the trigger pivot screw, M3x20. The rest of the grip screws are 4-40.  Misc.If you print any of my designs, I'd love to see yours! Please consider leaving a Make on the Printables page, and leaving a review! Thanks to DarrenVoong9013 and BoomstickMods for recommending I add an ejection system to the blaster (this blaster was originally a simple testbed just for testing Silly Shells. The ejection system helped elevate it to a full proper blaster release.)China: 你好! 我擁有這個設計。 想生產請聯繫我. 你好! 我拥有这个设计。 如果你想生产,请联系我.Disclaimer: This is not a toy. This blaster is meant for hobbyists, not children. Blaster must be operated correctly to avoid injury. I am not responsible for any injuries from this blaster. Please use a bright/blaze orange muzzle and barrel cap on this blaster. Consult local laws before building this high powered blaster.Changelog:5-30-2024: Release6-9-2024: Addressed some tolerancing issues with wobbly or misaligned parts. Reprints aren't required if you've already printed your parts. If your shell holder was loose before, I would recommend reprinting that. All the 10-32 threaded rod holes on the blaster have been tightened by a bit. Should be less wobbly and better aligned now. Tightened from 2.8mm to 2.76mm radius holes. All body pieces, and the shell carriage all got this change. The bolt hole on PrimingHandleFront is looser now so it can be properly tightened to the PlungerRod. The front face of RailA has been moved forward .4mm to make it line up better with the PTsealer. The picatinny engagement are on the Shell Holders has been tightened by .7mm from the top. The screw holes have been changed to have better thread engagement, and more space for the heads of the screws. This should prevent the shell holders from wobbling, as the screws can clamp it to the picatinny rail better now.6-10-2024: Updated the PrimingHandleFront to have better tolerances.  Donations & MerchIf you like what I do, please consider supporting me! I don't charge for my files, so any donations or merch purchases would be greatly appreciated!Patreon (Monthly donations)Buy Me A Coffee (One-time donations)AWESOME shirts made in collab with Brandon DiazRedBubble My merch shop, full of fun Nerf-y stickers and shirts!
