This video showcases a ghost town pack featuring various environment and modular assets for creating stunning wild west scenes. Conceived by the skilled Igor Kirdeika, it contains numerous props, foliage like grass and trees, along with some materials. Lighting is fully baked, textures range from 2k to 4k in size, and collisions are included – simple and complex. Unfortunately, there are no LODs, but the pack consists of 94 prop meshes, 3 cactuses, a tree, and 5 grass meshes. Additionally, it offers 38 props materials and 3 Substance Designer materials, all compatible with Unreal Engine versions 4.19 and 4.20.
