Greetings, I'm currently facing issues with my 3D printer so haven't printed all parts yet. Upon successful printing, I will share corrected files and visuals. Currently, the files should print excellently without supports. I've posted Solidworks 2014 pieces for this intriguing robot project. Printing all components may take approximately 30 hours. Necessary items include: 4 x 6V DC motors (25mm, 75:1 or 34:1 reduction), 4 wheels (http://www.pololu.com/product/1558) with adaptor, 80mm shock absorbers (like these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/RC4WD-Dual-Rate-Double-Spring-80mm-Aluminum-Scale-Shocks-Crawler-Scaler-Z-D0039-/281260664624), and a high-quality motor controller (I used Sabertooth 2x12A with an RC system). The printed components required are: 4 motor supports, 2 front parts, 1 base center part, 2 'piecearedecouper1', 2 'piecearedecouper2', and 2 spacers. For a refined finish, consider bolting an aluminum plate onto the spacers. All components are secured using M2.5 screws.
