Wild Kratts Creature Power Suit

My kids recently got interested in the WIld Kratts TV show on PBS Kids. So I designed some creature power suits for them to wear. This power suit and the disks are pretty easy to print, although it does require some straps to assemble fully. We used 1" ribbon with Velcro patches to form the straps. The disks insert and then rotate into the base to lock in. I've modified the disks so that they're easier to grip and turn when inserting or removing them from the suit. I hope to upload a second batch of creature power disks at a later date. The Power Suit base will require supports for the grooves of the center dot, but the disks will print fine without supports. I printed everything at 0.2mm layer height.
