Wilcox G24 Night Vision Bridge mount
thingiverse
This is a remix of PVS 14 duals bridge (+ Flir Breach) by Saturnsport8k, the only changes that I made were to rework the bridge to fit exactly on the Wilcox G24 breakaway night vision goggle mount. The G24 is asymmetrical and I was getting slight cant of the bridge from the protrusion on the left side of the mount. This also required a modification to the dovetail simply making the block that connects to the bridge a little taller. This bridge can support single or dual PVS 14s with the included J arms which I did not modify but are available here for completeness. Note: The J arms are exactly the same object you just print two and mount one the opposite way to run duals. Printing: Supports enable - I added auto supports and then removed some of them before printing, you only really need the supports for the large overhangs such as where the J arms mount to the bridge and having some inside of vertical holes on the J arms helps. I have printed all of the parts as one print and it usually works fine but if something messes up you can always print the single part. Raft - enable , optional but for me it is just insurance that I get good bed adhesion. infill - 20% works fine but you can use a much filament as you want to make it stronger. I only have a single pvs14 so cannot say if there would be any issues running dual. Fill pattern - Hex if you are doing less infill than 100% Filament material - PLA Plus Post processing - Just break out the supports from the holes with a small screwdriver or similar and you are good to go, mine required no sanding or finishing.
