I'm getting ready to print out the file as soon as I upload it here. Please let me know if you spot any problems. I've attached the .STEP file from Fusion 360, which you can modify to your liking - just keep me in the loop if you make any changes, and I'd love to see how you improved the design. The sensor bar is designed to slide smoothly into place on the mount's guides, with a small M4 hole for threading the cable tie through so the sensor wire can be routed neatly out the back.
