Wii Sensor Bar Under shelf / Above shelf mount
thingiverse
This is a highly customizable Wii Sensor bar mount made possible by its parametric design. To adapt quickly, I incorporated this feature so adjustments can be easily made at any time. By modifying parameters like "Elevation," the sensor's vertical position below or above the shelf can be altered in mere seconds. Additionally, tweaking the angle parameter provides an essential flexibility for installation on tall shelves, thereby allowing users to point the sensor down towards smaller objects or upward when mounting it on a low-lying surface. I employed standard wood screw or drywall screw hole sizes for maximum versatility. This project draws inspiration from Eckerput's ingenious original design available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:148002 Post-Printing Care must be taken when removing this part due to its flat base, making it susceptible to adhesion to the print bed. For effortless detachment, insert a screw through one of the provided holes and carefully pry it up with the screw, facilitating the sensor bar mount's easy removal from the printing surface.
