I wanted to play Wii games on a big screen. Adhesives were my first choice, but they never lasted more than a few weeks. That's when 3D printing came into the picture - I could now attach my sensor bar to the bottom of my projector screen. Being battery-powered is a major plus, so no worries there. You should be able to customize it for your setup by adjusting wiiSensorBarWidth, wiiSensorBarHeight, and projectionScreenBarDiameter (all in millimeters). Have fun!
