Wii Pi case
thingiverse
This is my first console design for a Raspberry Pi case modeled after the Nintendo Wii. Just like the Wii, it features a door at the top that conceals and allows access to the USB and Ethernet ports. To bring this project together, you'll need four M3 screws measuring 10-12mm in length to secure the Pi mount and the USB port covers to the shell. Additionally, you'll require four M2.5 screws with a head length of 5mm that will be used below the main assembly. It's crucial to use these shorter screws due to the tight tolerances throughout this design. In terms of printing specifications, it's essential to print the door with minimal infill so it can flex and snap into place smoothly. If you're experiencing difficulty, consider using nylon or PETG filament instead as they tend to offer more flexibility in this regard.
