Wii Pi case

Wii Pi case

myminifactory

This is my very first console design for a Raspberry Pi case modeled after the Nintendo Wii. Just like the Wii, it boasts a door at the top that cleverly conceals and allows access to the USB and Ethernet ports. To bring this project together, you'll need four M3 screws, each 10-12mm long, to securely fasten the Pi mount and the USB port covers to the shell. You'll also require four M2.5 screws, measuring precisely 5mm below the head. This step is crucial since the tolerances on all components are quite tight. Notably, it's essential to print the door with a minimal amount of infill so that it can flex into place smoothly. If you encounter difficulties, consider substituting the material for something like nylon or PETG instead.
