I used https://qifi.org/ to generate a PNG QR code for my wifi connection, and then I utilized a lithopane generator (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:74322) to create a printable project. I could have easily employed Autodesk or any other program to generate a 3D image, but this method is significantly faster.
