WiFi Duet Enclosure for D-Bot (or other V-channel) Printers

This is an enclosure for mounting a Duet WiFi controller to a printer that uses V-channel extrusions as the frame, designed to be mounted vertically and maintain passive airflow over the rear of the board according to Duet instructions for cooling. A fan can also be mounted to drive additional airflow over the board. The enclosure features a hinged lid that allows it to be opened while up against the extrusions and numerous 17mm openings suitable for half inch split loom to protect wire bundles. The USB port, SD card, and other buttons are designed to mount on the inside of the front rail on the printer, minimizing things sticking outside the frame. I spent considerable time figuring out the best arrangement of openings for wiring and settled on a design with a large number of openings. I'm working on a plug design to close unused ones, but so far they've been unreliable when printed with PLA. There's also a 10mm hole on the top edge used for wiring to my PanelDue controller. The board mounts with short M4 screws to the enclosure and the lid uses 5mm shelf pins like those found at lowe's. The enclosure can be mounted with two or four bolts to the V-channel, requiring rounded topped 8mm M5 bolts if using four due to clearance issues. The hinge screws shut using a flat-top M4 screw and a captive nut to prevent wear over time. If there's demand for it, I can modify the end cuts for a Duet Ethernet, but I couldn't test it because I don't have one. The updated version (v56) of the enclosure features a small rectangular opening on the bottom where the connections are, allowing for easier wiring. The original version (v55) is still available for those who prefer to keep the bottom "clean" and squeeze the connections in. However, I'd recommend using v56 for better results. Additionally, a fan grille/cover has been uploaded that matches a similar design found on Thingiverse.
